Meta-Synthesis of Qualitative Research on the Role Experience of Nursing Case Managers

目的系统评价护士个案管理师的角色体验。方法计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、CINAHL、EBSCO、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库等中英文数据库中护士个案管理师角色体验相关的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2021年4月。采用统一标准评价纳入文献质量,按照汇集性整合法进行结果分析。结果共纳入9篇文献,提取25个研究结果,归纳成8个类别,并合成3个整合结果:个案管理师充满困惑与挑战的执业经历;真实情感体验;应对策略与自我赋能。结论医疗政策制定者及相关专业人员应理解护士个案管理师在实施个案管理过程中的角色困惑与职业困境,重视该群体在促进与制定医疗保健决策中的影响力,肯定并帮其建立职业认同感,以期更好地引领我国个案管理模式发展,服务于临床。

Objective To systematically review the role experience of nursing case managers.Methods The databases of PubMed,Embase,Web of science,CINAHL,EBSCO,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM were searched for the qualitative research on the role experience of nursing case managers.The publication time frame was from inception to April,2021.The quality of involved research was appraised by a unified criterion.Meta-synthesis was used to analyze the results.Results A total of 9 articles were involved,and 25 items of results were extracted.These results clustered into 8 categories and then 3 themes,including the confusing and challenging practice experiences of nursing case managers,real emotional experience,coping strategies and self-empowerment.Conclusions Medical policy makers and relevant professionals should understand the role confusions and professional dilemmas of nursing case managers when they implement case management.Their influence in promoting and making healthcare decisions should be emphasized,and their professional identity should be recognized and established,so as to better lead the development of case management model in China and serve the clinic.
