放射性废树脂液位/界面在线测量技术的研究及应用

Research and Application of On-line Measurement Technology for Level/Interface of Radioactive Resin Waste

设计一种新型放射性废树脂液位/界面在线测量系统,实现液位和界面的分开测量。从外形尺寸、材料和重量方面改进了重量传感器,介绍了树脂界面计的操作要求。试验结果表明:该测量系统数据准确、测量稳定,解决了工程上废树脂界面测量困难、仪表安装困难和仪表被树脂掩埋的问题。

A new on-line measuring system for radioactive waste resin’s level/interface was designed to separately measure the level and interface,including having the weight sensor improved in terms of dimensions,materials and weight and having the resin interface meter’s operating requirements introduced.The test results show that,this system can measure data accurately and stably and solve difficulties in measuring the waste resin interface,instrument installation and instrument buried by resin in engineering.
