头颈部鳞状细胞癌(head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, HNSCC)是一组包括口咽、喉、下咽、鼻咽和口腔恶性肿瘤的疾病,是目前全球第六大常见的恶性肿瘤。近年来的研究表明,HPV感染也是头颈鳞癌发生的危险因素之一,HPV阳性头颈鳞癌的发病率有逐年升高的趋势。和HPV阴性的头颈鳞癌患者相比,HPV阳性患者通常有着更好的预后,近年来,针对其放化疗的方案进行了一些研究。

Head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC) is a group of malignant tumors located in the oropharynx, larynx, hypopharynx, nasopharynx and oral cavity, and is one of the sixth most common malignant tumors in the world. In recent years, studies have found that HPV infection is one of the risk factors for head and neck squamous cell cancer, and the incidence of HPV-positive head and neck squamous cell cancer is gradually increasing. HPV-positive patients have a better prognosis than HPV-negative patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, and several studies have been conducted in recent years on their chemoradiotherapy regimen.
