经鼻湿化高流量氧疗对新型冠状病毒肺炎恢复期肺功能的影响分析

摘要 目的 探讨经鼻湿化高流量氧疗对新型冠状病毒感染肺炎恢复期肺功能的影响。方法 回顾性选取2020年1月22日-2020年4月17日确诊入院的69例新型冠状病毒肺炎患者。经排除后,共45例治愈患者符合入组条件者进入研究。收录入组者基本信息及临床资料,并将他们分为常规吸氧组、经鼻湿化高流量氧疗组进行对照研究。分析两组患者临床特点、恢复期肺功能差异性及转归时间差异性。结果 两组患者在性别、基础病史、药物治疗方案、恢复期肺功能、转归时间差异性上差异无统计学意义性。经鼻湿化高流量氧疗组患者年龄[54(48.25,59.75)岁]明显高于常规吸氧组[36.00(31.50,47.00)岁](P=0.001)。结论 湿化高流量鼻导管吸氧可促进改善相对高龄新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎患者的肺功能恢复。 Objective To investigate the effect of high-flow nasal cannula on pulmonary function during the recovery period of COVID-19. Methods A total of 69 COVID-19 patients admitted to hospital from January 22, 2020 to April 17, 2020 were selected retrospectively. After exclusion, a total of 45 cured patients who met the criteria for admission were enrolled in the study. The basic information and clinical data of the patients in the group were included, and they were divided into routine oxygen inhalation group and high-flow nasal cannula group for control study. The clinical characteristics, the difference of pulmonary function and the difference of recovery time between the two groups were analyzed. Results There was no signifcant difference in gender, basic medical history, drug treatment, pulmonary function and recovery time between the two groups. The age of patients in the nasal humidification high flow oxygen therapy group [54(48.25 59.75) years old] was signifcantly higher than that in the routine oxygen inhalation group [36.00(31.50) 47.00 years old](P =0.001). Conclusion High-flow nasal cannula can improve the recovery of pulmonary function in relatively elderly patients with pneumonia infected by COVID-19.
