探讨二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片在多囊卵巢综合征患者中的临床效果观察

Exploration of the Clinical Effects of Metformin Combined with Ethinyl Estradiol and Cyproterone Tablets in Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的 分析探讨二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片在多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic Ovary Syndrome,PCOS)患者中的临床效果。方法 将我院2018年1月-2020年12月收治的80例PCOS患者作为本次研究对象,随机分为常规组(40例,炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗)和观察组(40例,二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗),对比两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后的性激素水平差异。结果 两组患者的临床疗效分析:常规组和观察组患者的临床有效率分别为80.00%、95.00%,观察组显著高于常规组(P <0.05)。两组患者治疗前后的性激素水平分析:治疗前两组患者的性激素水平无差异(P>0.05),但治疗后的观察组患者FSH、E2等性激素水平指标显著高于常规组(P <0.05),LH、T等性激素水平指标显著低于常规组(P <0.05)。结论 在PCOS患者的临床治疗中,以二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,可有效改善患者的性激素水平与胰岛素抵抗情况,且不良反应较少,属于安全高效的治疗方案。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of metformin combined with ethinyl estradiol and cyproterone tablets in patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome(PCOS). Methods Eighty PCOS patients admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were randomly divided into routine group(40 cases, treated with ethinyl estradiol and cyproterone tablets) and observation group(40 cases,treated with metformin combined with ethinyl estradiol and cyproterone tablets), the clinical efficacy and sex hormone levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effcacy analysis of the two groups of patients: The clinical effective rates of the routine group and the observation group were 80.00% and 95.00%, respectively, and the observation group was signifcantly higher than that of the routine group(P <0.05). Analysis of sex hormone levels before and after treatment in the two groups of patients: There was no difference in the levels of sex hormones in the two groups before treatment(P >0.05), but the levels of FSH, E2 and other sex hormones in the observation group after treatment were signifcantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05), LH, T and other sex hormone levels were signifcantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of PCOS patients, treatment with metformin combined with ethinyl estradiol and cyproterone tablets can effectively improve the patient’s sex hormone levels and insulin resistance with fewer adverse reactions. It is a safe and effcient treatment plan.
