实行处方前置审核促进药物合理应用研究

Research on Implementing Prescription Pre Audit to Promote Rational Application of Drugs

目的 探究处方前置审核实施对药物合理应用的促进效果。方法 选择2020年4月-2021年3月作为研究时间,随机抽取病例数198例,其中2020年4月-2020年10月药物处方进行常规管理(病例数98例)为对照组,2020年11月-2021年3月实行处方前置审核(病例数100例)为试验组,比较处方前置审核实行前后处方拦截干预率、药物用法用量合格率,以及患者对药物处方管理的满意程度。结果 实行处方前置审核后,处方拦截干预率从实行前12.24%提升高24.00%,药物用法用量合格率从92.86%提高到99.00%,差异显著(P<0.05)。处方前置审核实行前后,患者对药物处方管理的满意率分别为91.84%和98.00%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 实行处方前置审核可以促进药物合理应用,提高药物用法用量合格率,应用价值高,值得推广。

Objective To explore the promoting effect of pre-prescription review on rational drug use. Methods A total of 198 cases were randomly selected from April 2020 to March 2021 as the study period. Routine drug prescription management from April to October 2020(98 cases) was classified as the control group, and pre-prescription review from November 2020 to March 2021(100 cases) was classified as the experimental group. The intervention rate of prescription interception, the qualified rate of drug usage and dosage, and the satisfaction degree of patients with drug prescription management before and after the implementation of prescription pre-review were compared. Results After the implementation of pre-prescription audit, the intervention rate of prescription interception increased by 24.00% from 12.24% before implementation, and the qualified rate of drug usage and dosage increased from 92.86% to 99.00%, with significant difference(P < 0.05). Before and after the implementation of pre-prescription review, the satisfaction rates of patients with drug prescription management were 91.84% and 98.00%, respectively, with significant differences(P < 0.05). Conclusion Pre-prescription audit can promote rational drug use, improve the qualified rate of drug usage and dosage, and has high application value and is worth popularizing.
