艾司西酞普兰片合并行为认知疗法对抑郁发作青少年非自杀性自伤行为的疗效

Efficacy of Escitalopram Tablets Combined with Behavioral Cognitive Therapy on Non-suicidal Self-injury Behavior in Depressive Adolescents

目的 探讨艾司西酞普兰联合行为认知疗法对抑郁发作青少年非自杀性自伤(NSSI)行为的临床效果。方法 选取我院于2020年1月-2021年5月收治的62例青少年NSSI抑郁发作患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各31例,给对照组患者提供艾司西酞普兰片治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合行为认知疗法,比较两组患者的治疗前后的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分及临床治疗总有效率。结果 经过治疗后,观察组患者在HAMD评分和HAMA评分的指标比较上,均明显低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为90.32%,明显高于对照组的临床治疗总有效率51.61%(P <0.05)。结论 对于青少年NSSI抑郁发作患者而言,艾司西酞普兰片联合行为认知疗法能明显改善患者的抑郁情绪和焦虑情绪,认知疗法可以改善患者负性的认知,而且能显著提高患者的行为认知能力,减少非自杀性自伤行为的发生,提高患者整体的治疗效率,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of escitalopram combined with behavioral cognitive therapy on non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI) behaviors of depressive adolescents.
