慷彼申在消化不良患者的临床效果

The Clinical Effect of Kang Bishen in Patients with Dyspepsia

目的 研究消化不良患者采取慷彼申治疗的临床效果。方法 选取我院2020年9月-2021年9月期间收治的66名消化不良患者为研究对象,随机等分为两组各33例并采取不同的用药方式。对照组给予莫沙必利治疗,观察组给予慷彼申治疗。持续治疗4周后,观察比较各组患者的治疗前后的临床症状积分及改善时间,不同方式的临床疗效与并发症情况。结果 治疗后,研究组患者的恶心呕吐、餐后饱胀、腹部胀气、嗳气反酸等临床症状积分均低于对照组对于评分(P <0.05);另外,观察组患者的以上症状改善时间均较对照组更短,(t=4.312,5.371,5.207,6.023,P <0.05);最后,观察组患者并发症概率为6.06%,低于对照组的21.21%;治疗有效率为93.94%,高于对照组的69.70%,差异有统计学的意义(χ^(2)=4.621,6.308,P=0.031,0.011<0.05)。结论慷彼申在消化不良患者中的应用效果优于莫沙比利,经治疗,患者的临床症状积分明显降低且症状缓解时间更短,临床治疗总有效率更高,并发症概率更低,临床值得广泛推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of dyspepsia patients with the treatment of Kubishen. Methods A total of 66 patients with dyspepsia admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into two groups with 33 cases in each group and adopted different medication methods. The control group was given mosapride treatment, and the observation group was given Kempishen treatment. Results After treatment, the scores of clinical symptoms such as nausea and vomiting, postprandial fullness, abdominal bloating, belching and acid reflux in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05);in addition, the above symptoms of the observation group were improved The time was shorter than that of the control group,(t =4.312, 5.371, 5.207, 6.023,P < 0.05);finally, the complication probability of the observation group was 6.06%, which was lower than 21.21% of the control group;the effective rate of treatment was 93.94%, Higher than 69.70% of the control group, the difference is statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.621, 6.308, P =0.031, 0.011<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of Kangpishen in patients with dyspepsia is better than that of mosapride. After treatment, the patient’s clinical symptom score is significantly reduced and the symptom relief time is shorter. The overall effective rate of clinical treatment is higher, and the probability of complications is lower. It is worthy of widespread use.
