加味四妙散联合中药外敷治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Gouty Arthritis with Modified Simiao Powder Combined with External Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的 分析探讨加味四妙散联合中药外敷治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 选取甘肃省酒泉市中医院2020年治疗的痛风性关节炎患者36例为观察对象,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,其中对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用加味四妙散联合中药外敷治疗,将两组患者治疗前后的血尿酸、C反应蛋白、血沉指标、治疗前后的临床症状改善情况与治疗效果进行比较。结果 两组患者治疗前的实验室指标与临床症状对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组各项指标明显低于对照组,观察组患者的临床症状改善度明显优于对照组;观察组患者的总有效率为94.4%,对照组患者治疗有效率为50.0%,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 加味四妙散联合中药外敷治疗痛风性关节炎可以有效改善患者临床症状,降低患者各项指标,提高治疗效果,值得推广与应用于痛风性关节炎患者的临床治疗中。

Objective To analyze and explore the clinical efficacy of Modified Simiao Powder combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gouty arthritis.Methods Thirty-six patients with gouty arthritis treated in our hospital in 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Modified Simiao Powder combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine. The blood uric acid, C-reactive protein, ESR index,improvement of clinical symptoms and treatment effect before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference between the laboratory indexes and clinical symptoms between the two groups before treatment(P >0.05). The indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the improvement of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group. The total effective rate was 94.4% in the observation group and 50.0% in the control group. There was significant difference in data comparison(P <0.05). Conclusion Modified Simiao Powder combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gouty arthritis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, reduce various indexes of patients and improve the treatment effect. It is worthy to be popularized and applied in the clinical treatment of patients with gouty arthritis.
