温针排刺法联合推拿治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症疗效探讨

Discussion on the Curative Effect of Warm Needle Discharging Acupuncture Combined with Massage for the Treatment of Cold-damp Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的 探讨温针排刺法联合推拿治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的实际疗效。方法 选取中山市南区医院2020年4月-2021年4月间我院收治的130例寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组(n=65)以及对照组(n=65)。对照组采取常规牵引治疗,研究组采取温针排刺法联合推拿治疗,对比两组患者治疗总有效率、ODI评分以及JOA评分。结果 研究组总有效率(95.38%)要明显高于对照组(81.54%),组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗前,两组患者ODI评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过治疗,两组患者ODI评分均有一定程度下降,但研究组ODI评分要低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗前,两组患者JOA评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过治疗,两组患者JOA评分均有一定程度下降,但研究组JOA评分要低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 温针排刺法联合推拿治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症可获得较好的临床疗效,能够进一步改善患者腰椎功能,值得推广。

Objective To explore the actual curative effect of warm needle discharging acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of cold-damp lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods 130 patients with cold-damp lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into a study group(n =65) and a control group(n =65). The control group was treated with conventional traction,and the study group was treated with warm needle discharging acupuncture combined with massage therapy. The total effective rate, ODI score and JOA score of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group(95.38%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.54%), and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in ODI scores between the two groups of patients(P >0.05). After treatment, the ODI scores of the two groups of patients decreased to a certain extent, but the ODI scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and there were statistical differences between the groups Academic significance(P <0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in JOA score between the two groups(P >0.05). After treatment, the JOA score of the two groups decreased to a certain extent, but the JOA score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The combination of warm needle discharging acupuncture combined with massage for the treatment of cold-damp lumbar intervertebral disc herniation can achieve a good clinical effect, and can further improve the lumbar function of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
