摘要 目的 研究将虚拟现实技术应用于胸外科教学中的效果。方法 选取2018年10月-2019年10月在郑州大学第二附属医院胸外科实习的100名学生作为受试对象,分为试验组和对照组,试验组将虚拟现实技术和三维可视化3D打印技术应用于临床教学,对照组采用传统教学模式。实习结束后,将两组实习生的理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩、问卷调查及教学满意度调查进行比较。结果 试验组理论考核和操作考核成绩分别为(87.10±4.67)分、(90.30±4.59)分,对照组的成绩分别为(80.02±7.35)分、(84.88±5.97)分,试验组的成绩均高于对照组(P <0.05)。试验组学生在知识掌握程度、三维立体感、提高学习积极性、提高自主学习能力和教学满意度的得分分别为(4.06±0.71)分、(4.16±0.71)分、(4.06±0.77)分、(4.08±0.69)分、(18.80±0.80)分,对照组学生得分分别为(3.60±0.78)分、(3.60±0.78)分、(3.72±0.67)分、(3.70±0.81)分、(18.02±1.27)分,试验组学生得分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 在胸外科的临床教学中应用虚拟现实技术和3D打印技术的效果确切,不但能够提高学生的学习积极性,激发学生的学习兴趣,而且能够提高学习成绩,进而达到良好的教学效果。 Objective To study the effect of applying virtual reality technology to the teaching of thoracic surgery. Methods Select 100 students who were internships in thoracic surgery in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 as test subjects. They were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group applied virtual reality technology and three-dimensional visualization 3D printing technology to the clinical teaching, the control group adopted traditional teaching modes. After the internship, the theory assessment scores、operation assessment scores、questionnaire and teaching satisfaction survey results of the two groups of interns will be compared.Results The theory and operation assessment scores of the experimental group were(87.10±4.67) points and(90.30±4.59) points, while the control group’s scores were(80.02±7.35) points and(84.88±5.97) points,respectively. The experimental group’s scores were higher control group(P <0.05). The scores of students in the experimental group in terms of knowledge mastery, three-dimensional perception, improvement of learning enthusiasm, improvement of autonomous learning ability and teaching satisfaction were(4.06±0.71) points,(4.16±0.71) points,(4.06±0.77) points,(4.08±0.69) points and(18.80±0.80) points, while the control group’s scores were(3.60±0.78) points,(3.60 ±0.78) points,(3.72±0.67) points,(3.70±0.81)points and(18.02±1.27) points, respectively. The scores of students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of applying virtual reality technology and 3D printing technology in clinical teaching of thoracic surgery is definite. It can not only improve students’ enthusiasm for learning, stimulate their interest in learning, but also improve academic performance and achieve good teaching effectiveness.
