摘要
为了提高加热炉的热效率,对燃烧器的燃料喷管结构进行了改进,即由平直进口改为30°与60°的喷嘴,建立了湍流燃烧模型进行数值模拟。结果表明,当火筒结构的换热面积不变时,增大燃料气喷管角度可改善燃烧效果,减少燃气用量,为油田现场通过强化燃烧来提高加热炉的热效率,提供了理论依据。
In order to improve the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace,the fuel nozzle structure of the burner was improved whose straight inlet was changed to 30°and 60°nozzles,and a turbulent combustion model was established for numerical simulation.The study has showed that when the area remains unchanged,increasing the angle of the fuel gas nozzle can improve the combustion effect and reduce the consumption of gas,which can provide a theoretical basis for improving the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace by intensifying combustion in the oil field.
