摘要
通过玉米苞叶改性壳聚糖制备了复合吸附剂,并对Cu^(2+)进行了吸附。研究吸附剂用量、吸附温度、吸附时间对Cu^(2+)吸附性能的影响,并通过红外光谱进行了结构表征。结果表明,复合吸附剂的比表面积为94.13 m^(2)/g,平均孔隙大小为4.46 nm,较改性前有较大幅度的提高。最佳吸附条件为:吸附剂用量1.0 g、吸附温度50℃、吸附时间60 min,Cu^(2+)去除率达97%以上;改性壳聚糖与壳聚糖相比,Cu^(2+)去除率大大提高,表明利用玉米苞叶改性壳聚糖制备的复合吸附剂具有较好的吸附性能。
In this paper,a composite adsorbent was prepared by modified chitosan from corn bracts,and Cu^(2+)was adsorbed.The effects of adsorbent dosage,adsorption temperature and adsorption time on the adsorption performance of Cu^(2+)were studied.The experimental results show that the specific surface area of the composite adsorbent is 94.13 m^(2)/g,and the average pore size is 4.46 nm,which is significantly higher than that before modification,and the structure is characterized by infrared spectroscopy.The best adsorption conditions are:1.0 g adsorbent dosage,50℃adsorption temperature,60min adsorption time,removal rate of Cu^(2+)is more than 97%;compared with chitosan,the removal rate of Cu^(2+)is greatly improved,indicating that the compound adsorbent prepared from corn bract modified chitosan has a good adsorption performance.
