摘要
研究了纳米级二氧化钛对环氧树脂涂料耐腐蚀性能的影响。通过向环氧树脂中添加不同浓度的纳米二氧化钛,配制出复配涂料,采用电化学工作站测量涂层在不同时间下的电化学阻抗谱(EIS)来判断涂层的耐腐蚀性能的好坏。结果表明:向环氧树脂中添加纳米级二氧化钛,可以提升涂层的耐腐蚀性能。其中,添加1.5%(质量分数)二氧化钛时,涂层耐腐蚀性能最好。
To study the influence of nano-scale titanium dioxide on the corrosion resistance of epoxy resin coating,the compound coating is made by adding different concentrations of nano titanium dioxide to the epoxy resin.The electrochemical workstation was used to measure the electrochemical impedance spectrum(EIS)of the composite coating at different times to judge the change of the corrosion resistance of the coating.The results show that the corrosion resistance of the coating can be improved by adding nanometer titanium dioxide into epoxy resin,the coating has better corrosion resistance when 1.5%titanium dioxide is added.
