摘要
研究对比生活饮用水和清洁地表水中几种硝酸盐氮的测定方法,即紫外光度法、麝香草酚法、镉柱还原法和酚二磺酸法,对4种分光法的方法的标准曲线制作、检出限及定量限、精密度、准确度、干扰因素、产生废液对环境污染等方面进行了试验比较。结果表明,4种方法均能满足饮用水的日常监测,但各有优势。为快速地选择恰当的方法,提高检测的准确性和检测效率提供了依据。
The determination method of several kinds of nitrate nitrogen in life drinking water and clean surface water,such as UV,thymol,cadmium column reduction method and phenol disulfonic acid method were researched and compared.The standard curve detection limit,the quantitative limit,precision,accuracy,interference factors,waste pollution to the environmentetc.were concerned.The results showed that four ways can meet the daily monitoring of drinking water.However,each method has its own advantages.This paper provides a basis for selecting appropriate methods quickly and improves the accuracy and efficiency of detection.
