气相色谱法测定中油2号中甲醇含量

摘要 建立了气相色谱法测定中油2号中甲醇含量的分析方法。采用GDX 101色谱柱,热导池检测器,以氢气作为载气,可以准确测定中油2号中甲醇含量。采用外标法,选择无水乙醇作为甲醇标准溶液的溶剂。结果表明,在1~25 g/L质量浓度范围内,标准曲线线性关系良好,相关系数(r)可达0.9999,检出限(LOD,S/N=3)和定量下限分别为0.03 g/L和0.1 g/L,加标回收率在96.8%~100.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.51%~0.97%。该方法操作简单、快速、灵敏、准确、可靠,适用于中油2号中甲醇含量的定量分析。 An analytical method for the determination of methanol in Zhongyou No. 2 by gas chromatography was established. GDX 101 chromatographic column, thermal conductivity cell detector and hydrogen as carrier gas can be used to accurately determine the content of methanol in Zhongyou 2. In this experiment, the external standard method was used, and absolute ethanol was selected as the solvent of methanol standard solution. The experimental results show that the accurate standard curve can be obtained in the range of 1~25 g/L mass concentration, and the linear relationship is good. The correlation coefficient(R) can reach 0.9999, the detection limit(LOD, S/N= 3) and lower limit of quantification are 0.03 g/L and 0.1 g/L respectively, the recovery is 96.8%~100.5%, and the relative standard deviation(RSD) is 0.51%~0.97%. The method is simple, rapid, sensitive, accurate and reliable. It is suitable for the quantitative analysis of methanol content in Zhongyou 2.
