玉米酒精废醪厌氧处理及能源有效利用的探究 被引量:2

摘要 以2 kg玉米为原料制备酒精,得到酒精馏出液1.72 L,酒精废水5.5 L以及酒精废渣824.83 g。采用UASB反应器,处理2.6 L酒精废水,实验过程中不断提高进水COD,产生的气体中甲烷质量分数最高可达74.4891%,最终产生沼气83.95 L,沼液48.6 L。产生的酒精和沼气为清洁燃料,可直接燃烧释放能量;产生的沼液和玉米废渣,可还田作为能源供给农作物生长。 In this paper, ethanol was prepared from corn. 1.72 L of alcohol distillate, 5.5 L of alcohol wastewater and 824.83 g of alcohol residue were obtained. UASB reactor was used to treat 2.6 L alcohol wastewater. During the experiment, the influent COD concentration was continuously increased. The methane content in the produced gas was up to 74.4891%, and finally 83.95 L biogas and 48.6 L biogas slurry were produced. The generated alcohol and biogas are clean fuels, which can be directly burned to release energy, and the generated biogas slurry and corn waste residue can be returned to the field as energy for crop growth.
