摘要 国内外对于有机挥发性废气的处理,主要有回收技术和去除技术,适用的情况各不相同。低温等离子体耦合电催化降解技术是一种新兴的VOCs处理技术,具有低能耗、高净化率等优点。结合VOCs治理过程中遇到的实际问题,对低温等离子体耦合催化燃烧高效降解VOCs技术工程化应用的可行性进行了讨论,旨在提出一种能够充分整合企业现有资源、兼顾VOCs处理成本和处理效果的环保新技术。 At present, the treatment of organic volatile waste gas at home and abroad mainly includes recovery technology and removal technology, which are applicable to different situations. Low temperature plasma coupled electrocatalytic degradation technology is a new VOCs treatment technology, which has the advantages of low energy consumption and high purification rate. Combined with the practical problems encountered in the treatment of VOCs, this paper discusses the feasibility of the engineering application of low temperature plasma coupled catalytic combustion technology for efficient degradation of VOCs, in order to put forward a new environmental protection technology that can fully integrate the existing resources of enterprises and take into account the treatment cost and effect of VOCs.
