摘要
随着国内工业化进程的深入推进和人民生活水平的不断提高,工业产出的危险废物迅速增加。危险废物因其含有毒性、腐蚀性、感染性或易燃性等特点,严重威胁可持续发展与环境安全,因此需要对其进行无害化处理。危险废物焚烧处理工艺因减容、资源化、无害化等优点已成为国内应用广泛的危险废物处理措施。通过分析危险废物焚烧处理工艺流程,详细介绍了危险废物预处理、焚烧回转窑过程,并针对回转窑实际应用中存在的问题,提出采用进料配伍、构建回转窑稳态传热模型方法,以提升回转窑焚烧过程中的稳定性、环保性、经济性。实例对比分析表明,该方法可有效提升焚烧工艺效率的同时,更加经济环保。
With the deepening of domestic industrialization and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, the hazardous waste produced by industry is increasing rapidly. Hazardous waste is a serious threat to sustainable development and environmental safety because of its toxicity, corrosively, infectivity or flammability, so it needs to be treated innocuously. Hazardous waste incineration process has become a widely used hazardous waste treatment measure in China because of its advantages of volume reduction, recycling and harmless. By analyzing the process flow of hazardous waste incineration, this paper introduces the process of hazardous waste pretreatment and incineration of rotary kiln in detail. Aiming at the problems existing in the practical application of rotary kiln, this paper puts forward the method of using feed compatibility and constructing the steady-state heat transfer model of rotary kiln, so as to improve the stability, environmental protection and economy in the incineration process of rotary kiln. The comparative analysis of examples shows that this method can effectively improve the efficiency of incineration process and is more economical and environmental friendly.
