摘要
在使用高水分褐煤生产合成氨时,产生高烃类酸性气。在酸性气燃烧炉低氮高效型燃烧器燃烧后,进入转化器、冷凝器生产97%的浓硫酸,烟气通过双氧水氧化、静电除雾后,装置采用自主工艺和国产设备,实现了尾气超低排放。
The high hydrocarbon acid gas produced in the process of using high moisture lignite to produce synthetic ammonia will enter the converter and condenser to produce 97% concentrated sulfuric acid after burning in the low nitrogen and high efficiency burner of the acid gas combustion furnace. The flue gas will realize ultra-low emission of tail gas after hydrogen peroxide oxidation and electrostatic demisting. The unit adopts independent process and domestic equipment.
