危险化学品企业安全生产监管研究

危险化学品在生产以及运输和使用的过程中有可能会产生安全事故,这种事故体现出突发性以及破坏的特点。在事故产生之后,对于人员的安全以及社会经济的发展,都会造成比较大的影响。在我国现代化的发展过程中,各种危险化学品的生产企业越来越多,规模也越来越大,人们对于危险化学品的安全生产监管工作也越来越重视。通过对监管工作进行研究,在了解我国危险化学品企业安全生产现状的基础上,介绍了危险化学品事故产生的主要特点,同时介绍了在危险化学品安全生产过程中存在的主要问题,提出了一些更加科学有效的安全生产监管措施,保障危险化学品企业实现安全生产,提高安全性水平。

Hazardous chemicals in the production and transportation and use of the process may produce hazardous chemical safety accidents, this accident reflects the characteristics of sudden and serious damage. After it is produced, it will have a great impact on the safety of personnel and the development of social economy. In the process of China’s modernization, more and more hazardous chemicals production enterprises, the scale is getting bigger and bigger, so that people pay more and more attention to the safety of hazardous chemicals production supervision. In this paper, in this study, in our country dangerous chemical enterprises based on the present situation of work safety in production, determine the main characteristics of the dangerous chemical accident, at the same time understanding on the main problems existing in the process of the hazardous chemical materials safety production, the hope can put forward to some more scientific and effective control of the production safety, to ensure the safety of dangerous chemical enterprises to realize production, improve safety.
