大跨度转体钢箱梁桥临时索塔优化设计 被引量:4

摘要 结合青岛市新机场高速公路连接线(双埠—夏庄段)上跨青荣城际等既有铁路节点转体桥工程,为降低施工对既有铁路线的影响,降低施工成本及施工风险,方便工程施工,对设计文件中基于正式斜拉索塔结构设计的施工临时索塔进行结构优化设计。有限元软件计算结果表明,优化后的施工临时索塔结构安全性满足规范要求,结构简单且内力分布更合理,有利于现场施工并降低施工成本,减少对既有铁路的影响。 Combined with the project of Qingdao new airport expressway link(Shuangbu-Xiazhuang section),the swivel bridge across Qingdao-Rongcheng Intercity Railway and other existing railway node,in order to reduce the impact of construction on the existing railway line,save construction costs,reduce construction risks,and facilitate the construction of the project,the design of the construction temporary cable tower based on the formal structure in the design document was optimized.The calculation results of the finite element software show that the safety of the optimized construction temporary cable tower structure meets the requirements of the specification.The structure is simple and the internal force distribution is more reasonable.Furthermore,it is conducive to on-site construction,which can reduce construction costs and the impact on existing railways.
