摘要
为精准快捷地测定出烧结砖中废渣掺量,基于X射线荧光分析法,探讨了不同氧化物含量与废渣掺量的线性相关性,分析了线性方程法、标准法和二元一次方程组法对烧结砖坯(黏土+煤矿废渣)中废渣掺量的计算结果。结果表明:三氧化二铝含量和氧化钙含量与废渣掺量的相关性最强,基于这两种氧化物含量的二元一次方程组计算出的废渣掺量结果相对误差绝对值最小。
In order to accurately and quickly determine the waste residue content in sintered bricks,the linear correlation between the different oxides content and the waste residue content was discussed based on X-ray fluo⁃rescence analysis,the calculation results of the waste residue content in adobe of fired brick(clay+coal mine waste residue)were analyzed by linear equation method,standard method and binary linear equation method.It is known that the content of aluminum oxide and calcium oxide have the strongest correlation with the waste residue content.the absolute value of the relative error of the waste residue content that was calculated by the binary lin⁃ear equations of the two oxide contents was the smallest.
