Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy on the Recovery of Neurological Function in Patients with Spinal Cord Injury

目的分析高压氧(HBO)综合治疗对脊髓损伤(SCI)患者神经功能恢复的影响。方法选取2018年1月-2021年3月收治在本院的脊髓损伤患者30例行对比调查,依据治疗方案不同分组,将常规治疗者纳入对照组,在此基础上给予高压氧综合治疗者纳入观察组,对比患者治疗后神经功能恢复情况等指标。结果组间有效率对比有差异性(P=0.034<0.05);实施差异化治疗后,观察组患者轻触觉与针刺觉及运动几项神经功能评分均高于对照组;治疗后2周与3周及1个月观察组患者的测定结果均高于对照组;观察组患者生活质量总分(91.24±1.26)分,大于对照组的86.24±1.52分,组间对比有差异性(P<0.05)。结论脊髓损伤患者在常规手术与营养神经等治疗后,加用高压氧综合疗法可进一步提升临床疗效,有助于促进患者神经功能恢复及提升日常生活活动能力。

Objective To analyze the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on the recovery of neurological function in patients with spinal cord injury.Methods 30 patients with bone marrow injury in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2021 were selected for comparative investigation.According to different treatment schemes,the patients with conventional treatment were included in the control group.On this basis,the patients with hyperbaric oxygen comprehensive treatment were included in the observation group.The recovery of neurological function and other indicators after treatment were compared.Results There was significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups(P=0.034<0.05);After differentiated treatment,the scores of light touch,acupuncture sensation and motor function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;After 2 weeks,3 weeks and 1 month of treatment,the measurement results of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;The total score of quality of life in the observation group was(91.24±26),higher than 86.24 in the control group±There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined therapy can further improve the clinical efficacy of patients with spinal cord injury after conventional surgery and nerve nutrition therapy,which is helpful to promote the recovery of neurological function and improve the activities of daily living.
