摘要
目的分析米诺环素联合甲硝唑治疗广泛性侵袭性牙周炎(Extensive aggressive periodontitis GAgP)患者的效果。方法将我院2018年12月-2020年11月期间收治的61例GAgP患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,两组患者均接受龈上洁治、龈下刮治和根面平整术治疗,术后对照组30例,给予甲硝唑治疗,观察组31例在对照组基础上予以米诺环素治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效、牙周情况以及炎症水平。结果治疗后观察组总有效率(90.31%)高于对照组(70.00%)(P<0.05);治疗前两组出血指数(BI),菌斑指数(PLI),临床附着丧失(CAL)以及牙周探诊深度(PD)对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组均下降且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论米诺环素联合甲硝唑治疗GAgP患者通过降低炎症水平,改善牙周情况,进而提高临床疗效。
Objective To analyze the effect of minocycline combined with metronidazole in the treatment of patients with generalized aggressive periodontitis(gagp).Methods 61 patients with gagp in our hospital from December 2018 to November 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were treated with supragingival scaling,subgingival scaling and root planing.30 patients in the control group were treated with metronidazole,and 31 patients in the observation group were treated with minocycline on the basis of the control group Periodontal condition and inflammation level.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(90.31%)was higher than that of the control group(70.00%)(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in bleeding index(BI),plaque index(PLI),clinical attachment loss(CAL)and periodontal probing depth(PD)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);Before treatment,interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)were detected in both groups-α.There was no significant difference in C-reactive protein(CRP)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Minocycline combined with metronidazole in the treatment of patients with gagp can reduce the level of inflammation,improve the periodontal condition,and then improve the clinical efficacy.
