泼尼松联合来氟米特治疗难治性肾病综合征的疗效及对患者血清炎症因子和肾功能的影响

Efficacy of Prednisone combined with Leflunomide in the Treatment of Refractory Nephrotic Syndrome and its Effect on Serum Inflammatory Factors and Renal Function

目的为探究泼尼松联合来氟米特治疗难治性肾病综合征的疗效及对患者血清炎症因子和肾功能的影响。方法选取我院于2019年11月-2020年11月收治的90例难治性肾病综合征患者为研究对象,采取随机数表法平分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予泼尼松联合环磷酰胺治疗,观察组给予泼尼松联合来氟米特治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率和肾功能指标。结果治疗后,观察组Scr、IL-6水平低于对照组,ALB水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用泼尼松联合来氟米特治疗可有效缓解肾病综合征,减轻炎症反应,疗效显著。

Objective To explore the efficacy of prednisone combined with leflunomide in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome and its effect on serum inflammatory factors and renal function.Methods 90 patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome admitted to our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group by number table method.The control group was treated with prednisone combined with cyclophosphamide,and the observation group was treated with prednisone combined with leflunomide.Clinical efficacy and renal function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,SCR and IL-6 levels in observation group were lower than those in control group,and ALB levels were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Prednisone combined with leflunomide in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome can effectively alleviate the inflammatory response,the effect is significant.
