综合护理对重症颅脑损伤昏迷患者气管切开术并发症发生率的影响分析

Influence of Comprehensive Nursing on the Postoperative Complications for Severe Craniocerebral Injury-induced Coma Patients Following the Tracheotomy

目的分析予以气管切开重症颅脑损伤昏迷患者综合护理对其并发症的影响。方法选取2019年1月-2020年12月于本院开展气管切开的重症颅脑损伤昏迷病患共80例为研究对象,依据随机数表法划分成对照组(予以常规护理)和观察组(予以综合护理)分别40例,统计并比较两组干预前后的神经功能评分、并发症出现及对护理工作的满意度情况。结果观察组的并发症出现少于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组GOS评分对比无显著差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组GOS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组在健康教育、心理支持、护理主动性、护理技能以及住院环境方面的满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论予以气管切开重症颅脑损伤昏迷病患综合护理能减少其并发症出现,改善其神经功能,提升其护理满意度,值得采用。

Objective To analyze the influence of comprehensive nursing on the postoperative complications for severe craniocerebral injury-induced coma patients following the tracheotomy.Methods 80 severe craniocerebral injury-induced coma patients of undergoing the tracheotomy from January 2019 to December 2020 in our hospital were selected as research objects.According to random number table,patients were divided into control group(routine care)and observation group(comprehensive nursing),40 cases in each group.Neurological function scores,treatment complications and nursing satisfaction were counted.Results The postoperative complications in the observation group were fewer than control group(P<0.05);before care,GOS(Glasgow outcome scale)scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after care,GOS scores in the observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05);the health education,psychological support,nursing initiatives,nursing skills and hospitalization environment scores in the observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing can reduce the postoperative complications,and improve the neurological function and nursing satisfaction for severe craniocerebral injury-induced coma patients.
