新疆疾控机构信息化人才队伍现状和培训需求分析

The status and Training Demands for Information Professionals in the Institutions of Disease Control and Prevention in Xinjiang

目的分析新疆疾病预防控制机构信息专业人才队伍的现状和培训需求,做分析并提出建议。方法通过问卷方式对全新疆的疾病预防控制机构信息化人才情况及培训需求进行调查。结果近年来,新疆疾控机构整体信息化人才质量(年龄、学历等)得到了优化,但在专业背景和职称维度上仍然存在着一些的问题;培训需求方面,信息化培训数量不足,培训内容及方式有待改进。结论需明确新疆疾病预防控制机构信息化人才职业发展定位,提高专业化程度;加大信息化专业培训,突出重点内容,拓宽培训方式。

Objective By analyzing current status and training demands existed in information professionals working in the institutions of diseases prevention and control in Xinjiang,and provide suggestions.Methods By questionnaire survey was used to investigate information professionals working in the disease prevention and control institutions in Xinjiang.Results Quality(age,education background)about the information personnel were enhanced.However,in professional qualification and the proportion of staffs with computer or communications engineering background need to be promoted.In training.Conclusion It is necessary to define the career development orientation in the institutions of diseases prevention and control in Xinjiang,and improve the degree of specialization;Strengthen the professional training of information technology,highlight the key content and broaden the training methods.
