疫情下安装共享电动车头盔消毒装置博弈 被引量:1

摘要 新型冠状病毒爆发以来,共享出行颇受关注。共享电动车的共用头盔会与使用者口鼻密切接触,更易发生病毒传播,配有共享电动车头盔的企业应加大消毒措施。从疫情背景及卫生健康提升方面考虑,企业应安装适宜的消杀装置进行头盔消毒,但会增加企业的额外成本。面对矛盾问题,政府与企业对安装体现不同态度、采取不同策略,以此来最大化各自利益。建立双方博弈的收益矩阵并将演化分为四种情况,通过MATLAB进行演化仿真,进而分析影响企业安装头盔消毒设备以及政府监管企业的积极因素和消极因素,从而促进共享工具的卫生安全性,提升疫情期间共享出行的分担率。 Since the novel coronavirus outbreak,shared travel has attracted much attention.The shared helmet of shared electric vehicle will be in close contact with the user's mouth and nose,which is more likely to spread the virus.Enterprises equipped with shared electric vehicle helmet should step up disinfection measures.Considering the background of the epidemic and the improvement of health,enterprises should install appropriate disinfection devices for helmet disinfection,but it will increase the additional cost of enterprises.In the face of contradictory problems,the government and enterprises reflect different attitudes and adopt different strategies for installation,so as to maximize their respective interests.By establishing the revenue matrix of the game between the two sides,the evolution is divided into four situations,the evolution simulation is carried out by MATLAB,and then the positive and negative factors affecting the installation of helmet disinfection equipment in enterprises and the government supervision of enterprises are analyzed.In this way,the health safety of shared tools can be promoted and the sharing rate of shared travel can be improved during the epidemic.
