基于因子分析的PPL训练效率评价

摘要 为研究飞行学员在私用驾驶员训练课程的训练效率,以33名飞行学员为研究对象,通过分析私照过程的三个关键节点,选取可以反映学员训练水平和训练质量的评价指标,利用因子分析法建立综合评价模型,并根据正态分布的概率特性提出评价等级划分方法,进而分析训练效率与影响因子的相关性。结果表明:在训练效率等级为优秀和良好的学员中,100%的学员实践考试均进行1次、累计飞行经历时间均为63 h;在合格和不合格的学员中,83%的学员首次单飞累计飞行时间超过均值24 h、实践考试进行2次。该评价方法对学员进行有区分度的评价,为选择训练效率较高、综合能力较强的飞行学员提供有益的科学依据,并使学员和教员的后续学习安排更具针对性。 To investigate the training efficiency of student pilots in private pilot license training course,this paper makes an analysis using training data of 33 student pilots.Through analyzing three key phases of the private pilot license training process,evaluation indicators reflecting the training level and quality are selected and used.To further analyze the correlation between training efficiency and impact factors,the factor analysis method is used to establish a comprehensive evaluation model,and the evaluation grade classification method is proposed according to the probability characteristics of normal distribution.The results show that 100%of the student pilots with excellent and good training efficiency levels have one practical examination and 63 h of accumulated flight experience;among the qualified and unqualified student pilots,83%of the student pilots have more than 24 h of accumulated flight time on their first solo flight and have two practical examinations.The evaluation method provides a differentiated evaluation of the student pilots,which provides a useful scientific reference basis for selecting student pilots with higher training efficiency and better overall ability,and makes the subsequent learning arrangements and instructors more targeted.
