摘要 绍兴国际会展中心一期B区工程2号馆深基坑与绍兴地铁1号线客运中心站深基坑毗邻,毗邻长度约150m,东端盾构井处两基坑最小距离仅3􀆰95m,因两个基坑建设工期出现重叠,形成同步施工状态,存在较大技术难度及安全风险。为确保建设工期,双方施工单位利用地铁基坑工作面狭长的有利条件,房建基坑由东向西,地铁基坑由西向东,在平面上形成同步错位施工;在房建基坑底板封闭后,采取换撑加固措施提前拆除部分支撑,确保房建主体与地铁深层土方开挖同步进行。 The deep foundation excavation of the Exhibition Hall 2 of Phase I Area B of Shaoxing International Convention and Exhibition Center Project is adjacent to the deep foundation excavation of the Passenger Center Station of Shaoxing Metro Line 1.The adjacent length is about 150m.The minimum distance at the eastern shield well is only 3.95m.The construction period of the two foundation excavation overlaps,forming a synchronous construction state and causing great technical difficulties and security risks.To ensure the construction period,the construction units of both sides make use of the favorable conditions of the narrow and long working face of the subway foundation excavation with the housing foundation excavation constructed from east to west and the subway foundation excavation constructed from west to east,forming synchronous dislocation construction on the plane.After the foundation excavation floor is closed,some support is removed in advance by support replacement and reinforcement measures to ensure that the construction main body of the Exhibition Hall 2 and the deep earthwork excavation of the metro are synchronized.
