摘要 为探讨新研发的双模盾构机在福州软土地层推进中持续栽头机理及其纠偏措施,基于对双模盾构机重心理论计算和常规强制纠偏方法,并结合现场实际复推情况,对比分析了几种不同纠偏措施情况下,双模盾构机姿态调整效果。研究结果表明:常规强制纠偏方法(底部增加外置油缸、底部主推油缸压力设定值调高同时上部推进油缸实现全屏蔽)效果较好。 In order to explore the continuous head felling mechanism and deviation rectification measures of the newly developed dual⁃mode shield in the Fuzhou soft soil stratum,based on the theoretical calculation of the gravity center of the dual⁃mode shield machine and the conventional forced deviation rectification method and combined with the actually repeated deliberation on⁃site,this paper compares and analyzes the attitude adjustment effects of the machine under several different deviation rectification measures.The results show that the conventional forced deviation rectification method(adding an external hydraulic cylinder at the bottom,increasing the pressure set value of the bottom main thrust cylinder and completely shielding the upper thrust cylinder)has a better effect.
