摘要
为系统了解生物质灰熔融和烧结特性方面的研究成果,首先总结了生物质灰的熔融和烧结机理及其危害;其次从生物质灰的熔融特性和烧结特性两个方面重点阐述了国内外研究进展,归纳了影响灰熔融和烧结的因素,包括灰成分和热转化条件;最后展望了未来生物质灰熔融和烧结特性研究的发展趋势。结果表明:灰熔融过程中碱金属成分的迁移转化对灰熔融特性有关键性影响;温度作为生物质灰特性的研究基础,全球还没有统一标准;不同形式的碱金属盐对灰熔融特性的影响差别很大,今后应重点关注其区别及特殊性所在;不同成灰方式和灰化温度对生物质灰熔融和烧结特性影响方面的研究仍然不够全面,尚未形成完善的理论系统,这将成为以后的重点研究方向。
In order to systematically understand the results of the melting and sintering characteristics of studies on biomass ash,this paper first summarized the melting and sintering mechanism of biomass ash and its harm. Then, it reviewed the research progress at home and abroad from melting characteristics and sintering characteristics of biomass ash, and summarized the factors affecting ash melting and sintering, including ash composition and heat conversion conditions. Finally, it prospected the development trend of the research on melting and sintering characteristics of biomass ash in the future. The results indicate that the migration and transformation of alkali metal components have a key effect on the ash melting characteristics;temperature is regarded as the research basis of biomass ash characteristics, and there is no unified standard in the world;the influence of different alkali metal salts on the melting characteristics of ash is very different, thus more attention should be paid to the difference and particularity in future;the research on the influence of different ash forming methods and ashing temperatures on the ash melting and sintering characteristics of biomass is still not comprehensive, and a perfect theoretical system has not been formed, which will become the focus of future research.
