摘要
回采工作面采矿过程中,经常会过空巷道,煤柱垂直应力和巷道围岩应力都会重新排布,产生基本顶超前破断和煤柱失稳的安全隐患。为此,以经坊煤矿3-边角05工作面为工程背景,建立了三维条件下的空巷顶板力学模型,确定了空巷最低支护阻力计算方法,并根据现场实际情况,确定选择采用分段阻隔充填法,使工作面过空巷时能达到设计要求,最终使得工作面安全快速地通过了空巷。
In the mining process of the stoping face, it often passes through the abandoned roadway, and the vertical stress of the coal pillar and the stress of the surrounding rock of the roadway will be rearranged, resulting in the safety hidden danger of the advance breaking of the basic roof and the instability of the coal pillar. Therefore, taking the 3-corner 05 working face of Jingfang Coal Mine as the engineering background, the mechanical model of abandoned roadway roof under three-dimensional conditions was established, and the calculation method of minimum support resistance of the abandoned roadway was determined. According to the actual situation of the site, the segmented barrier filling method was selected to make the working face meet the design requirements when passing through the abandoned roadway, and finally make the working face pass through the abandoned roadway safely and quickly.
