摘要
为了最大限度地降低开采过程对煤质的不良影响,提出了新天煤化工保供条件下煤质提升策略。在分析煤质提升面临的主要问题的基础上,从优化生产工艺、强化超前压力、降低外水含量和降低杂质含量四个角度对煤质提升策略进行了研究。试验测试结果表明,设计策略可以有效减少原煤外水含量2.0%,提高发热量837J/kg(200.00kcal/kg),6mm以上块煤率提高了7.34%,原煤整体利用率提高了1.50%,能够满足新天煤化工应用需求。
In order to minimize the adverse effect of mining process on coal quality, this paper proposed coal quality improvement strategy under the condition of guaranteed supply of Xintian Coal Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. On the basis of analyzing the main problems faced by coal quality improvement, it studied the coal quality improvement strategy from four perspectives: optimizing production process, strengthening advanced pressure, reducing external water content and reducing impurity content. The test results show that the design strategy can effectively reduce the external water content of raw coal by 2.0%, increase the thermal value by 837 J/kg(200.00 kcal/kg), increase the rate of lump coal larger than 6 mm by 7.34%, and increase the overall utilization rate of raw coal by 1.50%, which can meet the application needs of Xintian Coal Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.
