摘要
近年来,采煤工作面倾向于向机械化、流程化和技术化方向发展,这不仅大幅度提高了煤炭生产产量,提高了煤炭开采效率,还能够适时完成煤炭行业的转型升级。煤炭行业在转型升级过程中依旧需要不断强调采矿安全生产与管理,因此需要研发与落实矿区支护工艺与技术工作。基于实际工作经验,对当前采煤工作面支护技术面临的问题进行阐释,并进一步理论性总结支架的类型与规格选择,在此基础上提出了具体的工作面两巷支护、顺槽支护以及工作面顶板支护的措施与方式,希望能够助力于矿区实际的支护技术工作,提高工作面的支护防护能力,从而减少人员伤亡与经济损失。
In recent years, the coal mining face tends to develop in the direction of mechanization, process and technology, which not only greatly improves the coal production and mining efficiency, but also completes the transformation and upgrading of the coal industry in time. In the process of transformation and upgrading, the coal industry still needs to constantly emphasize mining safety production and management. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and implement mining area support process and technology. Based on practical work experience, this paper explained the problems faced by the current coal mining face support technology, and further theoretically summarized the type and specification selection of support. On this basis, it put forward specific measures and methods of working face two roadway support, gateway support and working face roof support, so as to help the actual support technology work in the mining area, improve the support and protection ability of the working face, and reduce casualties and economic losses.
