摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展和进步,人们的环境保护意识不断增强,水、空气等资源的保护成为火电厂必须尽到的责任。对原水净化污泥采用脱硫工艺回收利用的方式进行了探讨。系统性能测试结果表明,系统可实现原水污泥浆100%回收利用,运行期间石膏纯度整体稳定在89.2%,脱硫效率维持在99.2%~99.3%,每年可回收污泥废水8.76×10^(4) t,为电厂节省资金约4.8104×10^(6)元,未曾出现过影响机组脱硫效率的情况。
With the continuous development and progress of social economy,people's awareness of environmental protection is constantly improved,and the protection of water,air and other resources has become the responsibility that thermal power plants must fulfill.This paper discussed the way of recycling and utilization of raw water purification sludge by desulfurization process.The test results show that the system can achieve 100%recovery and utilization of raw water sludge,the purity of gypsum is 89.2%,the desulfurization efficiency is 99.2%-99.3%,and 8.76×10^(4) t of sludge wastewater can be recovered annually,which savings about 4.8104×10^(6) yuan for the power plant,and there has been no impact on the unit desulfurization efficiency.
