核电厂硼回收系统孔板流量计问题分析

摘要 中国压水堆核电机组硼回收系统蒸发单元采用自然循环蒸发器,技术已较成熟。中国自主研发的“华龙一号”首堆工程——福建福清5号机组硼回收系统(ZBR)蒸发单元的改变主要在布置方面。在机组调试阶段,ZBR蒸发单元出现了因孔板流量计所在管道不满水而无法读取流量的问题。经PIPENET模拟分析得出,该问题可通过增设节流孔板或改变流量计安装高度来解决。 The evaporation unit of the boron recycling system of pressurized water reactor nuclear power unit in China adopts natural circulation evaporator, and the technology is relatively mature. The change of the evaporation unit of the boron recycling system of Fujian Fuqing No.5 unit(ZBR), the first reactor project of "HPR1000" independently developed by China, is mainly in terms of layout. In the commission phase, the orifice meter in ZBR evaporation process cannot work because of the empty pipe.After the simulation of PIPENET, the problem can be solved by the adding of restriction orifice and the change of the mounting height of the orifice meter.
