摘要
当前煤矿生产中的主流供电方式通常采用井上和井下分离的双向电源控制,采用单一开关的高压供电。要保障风机、瓦斯泵等井上用电设备和井下用电设备的正常工作,就必须安装备用电源,或将电路并联。并且对设备状态进行检测时必须保障电路畅通,由于检测时无法对开关进行故障排除,存在一定的潜在威胁。因此,将高压供电方式改造为双向电源控制分离开关,并引入了高防开关欠电压延时跳闸装置,来对传统供电存在的缺陷进行改进,使井上井下的安全运行得到保障。结合实际情况,对煤矿井下高压开关改造进行了具体探讨。
At present, the mainstream power supply mode in coal mine production usually adopts the two-way power supply control separated from the underground and the single switch high-voltage power supply. In order to ensure the normal operation of electric equipment on the ground, such as fans, gas pumps and underground electric equipment, it is necessary to install standby power supply or connect the circuits in parallel. In addition, the circuit must be unblocked when detecting the equipment status,but there is a certain potential threat because the switch cannot be eliminated during the detection. Therefore, the high-voltage power supply mode was transformed into a two-way power supply control separation switch, and the undervoltage delay tripping device of the high-voltage prevention switch was introduced to improve the defects of the traditional power supply, so as to ensure the safe operation of the coal mine. Combined with the actual situation, this paper discussed the transformation of underground high-voltage switch in coal mines in details.
