摘要
以台头煤矿矿井自然发火在线监测系统为研究对象,在加强矿井地质勘察的基础上分析了其传统监测系统存在的弊端,并以智能化为先导,结合井下气体运移特性,提出通过光纤进行多气体束管监测的系统设计思路及应用。分析结果表明,所提出的自然发火在线监测系统能实现对引发矿井煤炭自然发火的常见气体的浓度的动态化、精准化、实时化监测,时间短、效率高、监测精度有保证,能满足煤矿矿井安全生产的需要。
Taking the on-line monitoring system of spontaneous combustion of Taitou Coal Mine as the research object, this paper analyzed the disadvantages of its conventional monitoring system on the basis of strengthening mine geological survey, and put forward the design idea and application of multi gas beam tube monitoring system through optical fiber based on intelligence and combined with the characteristics of underground gas transportation. The analysis results show that the on-line monitoring system of spontaneous combustion in mine proposed in the paper can realize the dynamic, accurate and real-time monitoring of the concentration of the common gas causing spontaneous combustion of coal in mine, which is of short time, high efficiency and guaranteed detection accuracy, and can meet the needs of coal mine safety production.
