摘要
目的:通过分析健康状况、基本医疗保险对灵活就业人员生活幸福感的影响,为提高灵活就业人员健康水平,稳定劳动市场,推动中国基本医保事业向好发展提供参考建议。方法:基于CGSS2017问卷数据,统计描述灵活就业人员的健康状况和基本医疗保险参保情况,运用卡方独立性检验,分析其相关性。结果:健康状况和基本医疗保险对灵活就业人员的生活幸福感存在影响,健康状况较好的人员生活幸福感也较高,参加基本医疗保险可以提高灵活就业人员的生活幸福感。结论:应该提高灵活就业人员的健康观念,加强灵活就业人员的职业教育水平,强化参保意识,进一步实现基本医疗保险全覆盖。
Objective:By analyzing the impact of health status and basic medical insurance on the well-being of flexible employees,to provide reference suggestions for improving the health of flexible employees,stabilizing the labor market,and promoting the development of China’s basic medical insurance.Methods:Based on the CGSS2017 questionnaire data,statistically describe the health status of flexible employees and the basic medical insurance participation status,and use the chi-square independence test to analyze their correlation.Results:Health status and basic medical insurance have an impact on the happiness of flexible employees.People with better health also have higher happiness in life.Participating in basic medical insurance can improve the happiness of flexible employees.Conclusion:The health concept of flexible employees should be improved,the vocational education level of flexible employees should be strengthened,the awareness of participation in insurance should be strengthened,and the full coverage of basic medical insurance should be further realized.
