2017—2020年某市医疗卫生案例汇总分析

Analysis on medical health administrative punishment case in an urban region from 2017 to 2020

目的:了解目前医疗机构存在的违法行为,为进一步提高卫生行政的执法能力和效率提供依据。方法:对某市2017年1月至2020年12月的464例医疗卫生行政处罚案例从案件年度分析、案由、来源等方面进行回顾性调查分析。结果:近4年案件数量及罚没款皆成上升趋势。案由以无证行医为最多(48.27%),其次为“使用非卫生技术人员从事医疗卫生技术工作案”(19.61%)。案件的主要来源是在“卫生监督检查中发现的”(55.82%),其次为“社会举报”(34.48%)。无证行医案件的主要来源是“社会举报”(46.88%),其次为在“卫生监督检查中发现的”(41.69%)。结论:开展普法宣传,加强专业培训,拓宽案源渠道。

Objective:To understand the occurrence regularity and the basic situation of health administrative punishment cases in an urban region,so as to provide the basis and ideas for effective supervision of medical behavior.Method:The health administrative penalty cases in the urban region from 2017 to 2020 were retrospectively analyzed from the annual analysis,the cause of action,the source of cases.Results:In the past four years,the number of cases、fines and forfeitures have been on uptrend.The unlicensed medical practitioners was the main cause(48.27%),followed by non-practicing qualifications(19.61%).The source of the case was mainly found by daily supervision and inspection(55.82%),followed by social report(34.48%).The main source of the unlicensed medical practitioners case was social reports(46.88%),followed by daily supervision and inspection(41.69%).Conclusion:Developing the public’s familiarity with laws and regulations,strengthen professional training,expand the source channels.
