全自动血细胞分析仪与血涂片细胞形态学在血常规检验的应用价值对比 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究与分析全自动血细胞分析仪与血涂片细胞形态学在血常规检验的应用价值。方法选取我中心2018年5月-2021年2月收治的178例接受血常规检验患者作为研究对象,全部患者均接受了全自动血细胞分析仪与血涂片细胞形态学的血常规检验,对比两种检测方法阳性率及血细胞分类结果。结果血涂片镜检与全自动血细胞分析仪相比检出WBC、RBC及PLT的阳性率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血涂片镜检与全自动血细胞分析仪的血细胞分类结果中淋巴细胞、单核细胞、中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞γ值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血涂片镜检与全自动血细胞分析仪相比血细胞分类结果中嗜碱性粒细胞γ值较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尽管全自动血细胞分析仪在血常规镜检结果中具有较高的应用价值,但与血涂片相比在区分细胞形态上仍然存在一定的差异,在临床工作中可结合二者的优势进行联合应用以提高疾病的诊断准确率。 Objective To explore and analyze the application value of automatic blood cell analyzer and blood smear cell morphology in routine blood testing.Methods 178 patients undergoing routine blood test admitted in our center from May 2018 to February 2021 as the research objects.All patients underwent routine blood test with automatic blood cell analyzer and blood smear cell morphology,to compare ompare the positive rate of microscopy and the results of blood cell classification between the two detection methods.Results Compared with the automatic blood cell analyzer,the positive rate of WBC,RBC and PLT detected by blood smear microscopy was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in theγvalues of lymphocytes,monocytes,neutrophils,and eosinophils in the blood cell classification results of blood smear microscopy and automatic blood cell analyzer(P>0.05).Compared with the automatic blood cell analyzer,blood smear microscopy showed a higher basophilγvalue in the blood cell classification results,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Although the automatic blood cell analyzer has high application value in the results of routine blood microscopy,there are still certain differences in distinguishing cell morphology compared with blood smears,and the advantages of the two can be combined in clinical work,carrying out out joint applications to improve the accuracy of disease diagnosis.
