摘要 近年来,患者对于医疗服务的要求不断提升,同时我国卫健委也进一步推出了改善医疗服务行动计划,推进医疗单位医疗服务优化进程。优良的医疗服务是患者获得良好就医体验的重要保障,积极优化医疗服务流程,有助于医疗服务质量整体提升,进而改善患者就医体验。优化医疗服务流程,不仅可以有效改善患者就医体验,而且有助于医疗质量提升,有利于构建和谐的医患关系,对于医院可持续发展的具有重要意义。医疗单位应根据自身实际情况积极优化医疗服务,为患者创造更好地就医体验。为此,本文医疗服务流程优化措施进行了综述分析,旨在进一步改善患者就医体验。 In recent years,the requirements of patients for medical services continue t o improve.At the same time,China's Health and Family Planning Commission has also further launched the action plan to improve medical services and promote the optimization process of medical services in medical units.Excellent medical service is an important guarantee for patients to get a good medical experience.Actively optimizing the medical service process is conducive to the overall improvement of medical service quality,so as to improve patients'medical experience.Optimizing the medical service process can not only effectively improve the patient's medical experience,but also help to improve the medical quality and build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,which is of great significance for the sustainable development of the hospital.Medical units should actively optimize medical services according to their own actual situation to create better medical experience for patients.Therefore,this paper reviews and analyzes the optimization measures of medical service process,aiming to further improve the medical experience of patients.
