米力农联合常规抗心衰治疗对患者心功能的疗效观察

Effects of Milrinone Combined with Conventional Anti-heart Failure Therapy on Cardiac Function of Patient

目的分析米力农联合常规治疗对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能、血清胱抑素C(Cys C)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平的影响。方法选取南通市通州区中医院收治的124例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照组(常规治疗)和联合组(常规治疗+米力农),两组各62例。评价患者心功能疗效,比较两组治疗前后超声心动图指标和血清Cys C及IL-6水平的变化情况。结果联合组治疗总有效率较对照组明显提升(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后1周左心室射血分数(LVEF)上升,左心房内径(LAD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)和左心室舒张末期末径(LVEDD)均明显下降(P<0.05)。联合组治疗后LVEF较对照组明显增高,LAD、LVESD和LVEDD较对照组均明显下降(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后血清Cys C和IL-6水平的比较,并无明显变化(P>0.05);联合组治疗后1周血清Cys C和IL-6水平较治疗前均明显下降,且较对照组均明显下降(P<0.05)。结论在常规抗心力衰竭治疗的同时,联合米力农可改善慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能,并调节了患者血清中的Cys C和IL-6水平,改善患者预后状况。

Objective To analyze the effects of milrinone combined with conventional treatment on cardiac function,serum cystatin C(Cys C)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 124 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group(conventional treatment)and combined group(conventional treatment+milrinone),62 cases in each group.The efficacy of cardiac function was evaluated,and the changes of echocardiographic indexes and serum Cys C and IL-6 levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in combined group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)increased 1 week after treatment,and left atrial diameter(LAD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)decreased significantly in both groups(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEF in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the control group,while LAD,LVESD and LVEDD in the combined group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant changes in serum Cys C and IL-6 levels in control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).Serum LEVELS of Cys C and IL-6 in the combined group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and significantly lower than those in the control group at 1 week after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Milrinone combined with conventional anti-heart failure therapy can improve the cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure,regulate the serum levels of Cys C and IL-6,and improve the prognosis of patients.
