基于因果分析的预见性护理对局麻胃肠镜检查后并发症发生率的影响

Effect of Anticipatory Care Based on Causal Analysis on Complication Rates after Local Anaesthesia for Gastroenteroscopy

目的观察基于因果分析的预见性护理对局麻胃肠镜检查后并发症发生率的影响。方法选取广东省韶关市第一人民医院2018年10月-2019年9月收治的需要进行胃肠镜检查的100例患者,按照随机数表法将其分为观察组与对照组各50例,对照组采取常规护理,检查各项生命体征,并告知相关注意事项,观察组在此基础上增加基于因果分析的预见性护理,比较两组患者护理满意度、心理状况以及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者总满意率为96.00%,对照组患者总满意率为82.00%,研究组患者护理满意度要显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,两组汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,观察组患者HAMA评分要显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率为10.00%,对照组患者并发症发生率为26.00%,观察组患者并发症发生率要显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对需要进行局麻胃肠镜检查患者采取基于因果分析的预见性护理能够有效缓解患者心理压力,提高护理满意度,减少并发症发生的几率,具有较高临床护理价值。

Objective To observe the effect of anticipatory care based on cause and effect analysis on the incidence of complications after local anaesthesia gastroenteroscopy.Methods A total of 100 patients who required gastroenteroscopy and were admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to September 2019 were selected and divided into observation and control groups according to the random number table method(50 patients each),and the control group took routine care to examine each vital sign and was informed of relevance,anticipatory care based on cause and effect analysis was added to this study in the observation group,and the satisfaction rate of nursing care,psychological status as well as the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The overall satisfaction rate was 96.00%in the observation group and 82.00%in the control group,and the satisfaction rate of nursing care of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the hammitton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the HAMA scores of the observation group patients were significantly lower than those of the control group patients,with a significant difference(P<0.05;10.00%)in the observation group and 26.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Prescriptive care based on cause and effect analysis for patients requiring gastroenteroscopy with local anesthesia is effective in relieving psychological stress,increasing nursing satisfaction,and reducing the chance of complications,with high clinical nursing value.
