小儿静脉抽血过程中开展针对性护理干预对于缓解患儿应激表现的护理效果

Nursing Effect of Targeted Nursing Intervention in the Process of Children’s Venous Blood Drawing on Alleviating Children’s Stress Performance

目的探析在小儿接受静脉抽血过程中对其进行针对性护理干预对于缓解其可能出现的应激表现的临床效果。方法选取广东省东莞市滨海湾中心医院2021年6~7月间进行静脉抽血的患儿260例为分析对象,对纳入患儿用随机数字表方式完成分组,将其分别命名为对照组、观察组,各组有130例患儿。对照组患儿静脉抽血期间接受常规护理引导,观察组患儿静脉抽血期间联合针对应激表现制定的护理引导。比较两组患儿情绪、疼痛度变化以及一次性抽血成功率、家长抽血护理满意度评价差异。结果相对于抽血前,在抽血完成后15min,30min,观察组患儿在躁动啼哭以及疼痛程度无显著变化(P>0.05),对照组患儿明显有所提升,两组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的一次性抽血成功率、家属满意率高于对照组患儿,啼哭时间短于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对静脉抽血的患儿提供针对可能出现应激表现因素制定科学有效的护理干预措施,能够更好地保持抽血期间情绪较平稳,提高一次性成功穿刺率以及家长满意率,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of targeted nursing intervention in children’s receiving venous blood draw on alleviating the possible stress manifestations.Methods 260 children who underwent venous blood draw in our hospital between June 2021 and July 2021 were selected as the analysis objects.The included children were grouped by random number table,and they were named the control group and the observation group.There were 130 children in each group.The children in the control group received routine nursing guidance during the venous blood draw,and the children in the observation group received nursing guidance for stress manifestations during the venous blood draw.The differences in mood and pain degree changes between the two groups of children,the success rate of one-time blood draw,and the satisfaction evaluation of parents with blood draw were compared.Results Compared with before the blood draw,15 minutes and 30 minutes after the completion of the blood draw,the children in the observation group had no significant changes in restlessness,crying and pain(P>0.05).The children in the control group improved significantly,and the two groups The data were statistically significant(P<0.05).The one-time blood draw success rate and family satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the crying time was shorter than that of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing scientific and effective nursing interventions for children with venous blood draw for possible stress factors can better maintain a stable mood during the blood draw,improve the one-time successful puncture rate and the parent satisfaction rate,which is worthy of clinical practice Promotion.
