摘要
目的分析微通道联合负压清石鞘行经皮肾镜取石术治疗肾结石的疗效。方法选择的研究对象是2020年1月-2021年6月广西壮族自治区贺州市钟山县人民医院收治的80例肾结石患者,随机将这些入选者分成参照组与实验组,参照组采取常规经皮肾镜取石术治疗,实验组采取微通道联合负压清石鞘行经皮肾镜取石术治疗,对比两组的临床指标、严重并发症发生情况、结石清除情况与术后生活质量情况。结果实验组结石清除有效率显著高于参照组,对比P<0.05;实验组手术总时长、住院时间短于参照组,术中出血量、术后出血量少于参照组(P<0.05);实验组并发症发生概率低于参照组,对比P<0.05。结论针对肾结石疾病,实施微通道联合负压清石鞘行经皮肾镜取石术能够获得更加显著的治疗效果,安全性高,患者术后生活质量好,值得推荐。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of percutaneous nephrolithotomy with microchannel combined with negative pressure stone removal sheath in the treatment of renal calculi.Methods The selected subjects were 80 patients with renal calculi treated in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021.These selected patients were randomly divided into reference group and experimental group.The reference group was treated with conventional percutaneous nephrolithotomy,and the experimental group was treated with microchannel combined with negative pressure stone removal sheath.The clinical indexes,serious complications and stone removal and postoperative quality of life were compared.Results The stone clearance of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The experimental group’s total operation time,the hospitalization time were shorter than those of the reference group,and the intraoperative blood volume,the amount of blood were less than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The probability of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion For kidney stone diseases,the implementation of microchannel combined with negative pressure stone removal sheath for percutaneous nephrolithotomy can obtain more significant therapeutic effect,high safety and good postoperative quality of life,which is worthy of recommendation.
