百令胶囊联合盐酸贝那普利治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效研究

Study on the Efficacy of Bailing Capsule Combined with Benazepril Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的对早期糖尿病肾病患者采取百令胶囊联合盐酸贝那普利治疗,观察实际疗效。方法将我社区中心2018年8月-2020年8月接收的92例早期糖尿病肾病患者以随机数表法分为联合组(n=46)与对照组(n=46)。对照组给予盐酸贝那普利治疗,联合组在此基础上给予百令胶囊治疗,对比两组患者UAER、24h尿蛋白定量、SCr水平、治疗总有效率以及不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组UAER、24h尿蛋白定量以及SCr水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者UAER、24h尿蛋白定量以及SCr水平均下降,但研究组水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率(93.48%)要显著高于对照组(76.09%)(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为6.52%,对照组为4.35%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论百令胶囊联合盐酸贝那普利治疗早期糖尿病肾病可获得较好的治疗效果,能够进一步降低患者UAER、24h尿蛋白定量以及SCr水平,不良反应较少,用药安全性较好,有利于稳定患者病情。

Objective To take Bailing capsule combined with benazepril hydrochloride to treat patients with early diabetic nephropathy to observe the actual effect.Methods 92 patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted in our community center between August 2018 and August 2020 were divided into a combination group(n=46)and a control group(n=46)by random number table.The control group was given benazepril hydrochloride treatment,and the combination group was given Bailing capsule treatment on this basis.The UAER,24h urine protein quantification,SCr level,total effective rate of treatment and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of UAER,24h urine protein quantification and SCr between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of UAER,24h urine protein quantification and SCr decreased in the two groups,but the levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group(93.48%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.09%)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.52%in the study group and 4.35%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Bailing capsule combined with Benazepril Hydrochloride in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy can achieve better therapeutic effects,which can further reduce the patient’s UAER,24h urine protein quantification and SCr levels,with fewer adverse reactions,better medication safety,and help stabilize patients condition.
