护理干预在急性乳腺炎患者中的应用价值

Application Value of Nursing Intervention in Patients with Acute Mastitis

目的分析在急性乳腺炎患者的临床干预中加强对患者的护理干预效果。方法将本院2019年1月-2021年12月接受治疗的急性乳腺炎患者共10例作为本次观察对象,加强对患者的护理干预措施,并分析在患者护理后的护理满意度、临床症状改善时间,同时分析患者护理前后的VAS评分、SAS评分变化。结果在患者护理完成后分析患者对护理人员的护理满意度可见,护理满意5例,较满意4例,总满意度为90%,护理不满意度为10%;护理后分析患者的临床症状改善时间可见,患者乳房红肿消失时间为(3.23±0.23)d,乳房炎症消失时间为(2.32±0.27)d,乳房痛消失时间为(2.22±0.21)d;在患者护理后对比患者护理前后的VAS评分以及SAS评分可见,相较于护理前,护理后患者的VAS评分以及SAS评分明显更低,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05)。结论在急性乳腺炎患者的临床干预中加强对患者的护理干预措施可明显提高患者对护理人员护理的满意度,使患者更信任医务人员,同时可明显缩短患者的症状改善时间,减轻乳腺疼痛程度,并可有效改善患者的负性心理情绪,使患者能以积极乐观的心态面对疾病的治疗,从而有效提高患者的护理效果以及治疗效果,促进患者治疗后的身体恢复,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of strengthening the nursing intervention in the clinical intervention of patients with acute mastitis.Methods A total of 10 patients with acute mastitis treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were taken as the observation objects.The nursing intervention measures for patients were strengthened,and the nursing satisfaction and clinical symptom improvement time after nursing were analyzed.At the same time,the changes of VAS score and SAS score before and after nursing were analyzed.Results After the patients’nursing care was completed,the analysis of patients’satisfaction with the nursing staff showed that 5 patients were satisfied with the nursing care,4 patients were more satisfied with the nursing care,the total satisfaction was 90%,and the nursing dissatisfaction was 10%.The disappearance time of breast swelling was(3.23±0.23)d,the disappearance time of mastitis was(2.32±0.27)d,and the disappearance time of breast pain was(2.22±0.21)d.The VAS and SAS scores of patients after nursing were significantly lower than those before nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the nursing intervention measures for patients in the clinical intervention of patients with acute mastitis can significantly improve the patient’s satisfaction with the nursing staff,make the patients trust the medical staff more,and at the same time,it can significantly shorten the symptom improvement time and reduce the degree of breast pain.It can effectively improve the patient’s negative psychological emotions,so that the patient can face the treatment of the disease with a positive and optimistic attitude,thereby effectively improving the patient’s nursing effect and treatment effect,and promoting the patient’s physical recovery after treatment.It is worthy of wide clinical application.
